Choose one of the tabs. As shown below, the 'By P.M.Categories' tab appears (by default). P.M. (preventative maintenance) records are displayed.
This is the over view summary. It shows the latest date of service by category.
This next screenshot shows the pop-up window that will appear after clicking the Available History Details tab. It is ordered by most recent maintenance service at the top of the list.
On the 'Available History Details' and 'Recalls' double click the item or select item then click the Add to R.O. button to insert a new line item into the R.O. .
When inserting a labor item from the Details tab, you will be prompted for a description for this instance only. Because the Carfax maintenance services are generic, the description will not be saved for reuse. However, if you intend the item to be more specific, you can force the program to remember the description by making the new labor item a package. Or, you can edit the item in Edit menu-> Labor.
