The top section of the file menu, items  1-3, manages multiple companies. Create as many company  data sets as you like.

Simulated punch in, punch out timeclock, used for hourly employees. Also useful for tracking time spent on specific jobs.

You must have an account with Carfax to use this feature. You can start one within AllsystemsMax by agreeing to the license.

Saved Spreadsheets

This is a repository of spreadsheets saved by clicking the Excel button in Schedule, Reports and Contact Manager tabs. Any report can be exported, as well as the information in all Contact Manager grids.

This section contains all protected functions that always require the highest level password, which is 'Administrator'.
