Suggested Servicesare retained between invoices as a kind of vehicle 'note' and are also closely integrated with the repair order, all with minimal effort on your part. They float to the top of the labor section so they are easy to find. However, they are not the same as normal labor line items. You manage them by using the Suggested Services button, or from the vehicle details window, not by inserting them as a line item. Changes to suggested services are automatically date stamped and are always saved with the vehicle for subsequent repair orders. The date stamp is visible when editing but not within the repair order itself, so the customer never sees that.
