To preserve purchase history, vendors are not deleted. But if a vendor account is no longer active, you can check this box to remove it from other parts of the program.

Locate tab

This tab shows vendor location and contact information. To view multiple vendors of your choice, use Reports tab-> Vendor -> Active Vendor list.
